Nicholas Calcanes has been a part of large project teams for much of his career, establishing himself as somebody who could take the helm and assemble a talented group of individuals during his early days as a Business Analyst at Bank of America. While there, he created the team that designed and developed ‘Merlin Teller’, which was eventually rolled out to all of the bank’s branches.
