  • 5. 2. Industrial• This category ranges fromsmaller properties, tolarger office service oroffice warehouseproperties to the verylarge “big box” industrialproperties.• Clear height is the actualheight, from the floor tothe bottom of the steelgirders in the interior ofthe building.
  • 6. 3. Retail/Restaurant• This category includes pad sites single tenant retail buildings,small neighborhood shopping centers, larger centers withgrocery store anchor tenants, “power centers”
  • 7. 4. Multifamily• This category includes apartment complexes orhigh‐rise apartment buildings. Generally, a fourplexor more is considered commercial real estate,however, even duplexes may fall into this category.
  • 8. 5. Land• This category includes investment propertieson undeveloped, raw, rural land in the path offuture development. Or, land in an urban area,pad sites, and more.
  • 9. 6. Miscellaneous• This catch all category would include anyother nonresidential properties such as hotel,hospitality, medical, and self‐storagedevelopments, and many more.
