Join global trade practitioners from Deloitte and export compliance solution leaders from SAP and NextLabs for this exciting webinar series.

As businesses globalize and grow overseas operations and markets, they are often required to comply with complex and changing country-specific export control regulations on a global basis. Compliance requirements not only span physical goods, but also digital goods and technical data. Complex requirements often delay business collaboration, and may increase the risk of violation.

In this webinar series, we will provide an overview of global export laws and associated compliance requirements, and discuss leading practices for addressing these requirements. Attendees will learn how trade management software, such as SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), in conjunction with technical data solutions from NextLabs, could be effective tools to provide a unified solution to manage the shipment of physical goods, digital goods and technical data.

As a result of these restrictions, companies must obtain approvals from the relevant national authorities before exporting controlled goods, software and technologies, or in some instances, before providing technical assistance or services related to these items. 4 Copyright © 2013 Deloitte Development LLC.
