  • 2. HR manager picks the appropriate approval process

  • First, hiring managers can request to get a job approved right from their home page. HR will have pre-configured what information you want to your hiring managers to add to the approval request.

  • Next, HR will receive an email notification that a manager has requested to open a new job. The HR person can now choose what approval process to use from pre-configured standard processes or choose to create their own approval chain on the fly.

  • Now that HR has chosen the appropriate approval process, the approvers will be notified via email that they have a job to approval or deny. In staying true to Newton's mission to keep things intuitive and straight forward for everyone, all the approvers have to do is click one button to approve a job. Green is go. Red is no.
