The first thing that you have to do after breaking up is to stop
dwelling on why the breakup happened. Avoid wasting energy on
over-analyzing things. Yes, there may be some things that you
could or should have done differently before the relationship
ended. But even so, it won’t change anything. Your girlfriend has
broken up with you, and the only place to look is forward.
Another thing that you should keep in mind is to not panic. It is
natural to worry about your ex girlfriend meeting somebody else,

her from finding someone new. Stay calm and resist any
temptation to contact her or to beg her to take you back. By

your ex back is to keep your distance. Instead of moping around
the house and feeling sorry for your self, go out with your friend
and do your best to have some fun. Give your ex girlfriend space
to miss you. Let her wonder where you are and how you are
doing. Allow her time to remember why she loved you in the first

After thinking things through, you can start making contact and
taking things slow. If you are meant to be together, then you will
