Giving birth naturally is basically depends on nature and your health as well.   • 3. We understand there is lot of confusion when it comes to eat and drink during pregnancy. It’s good to pay attention to your nutrition and diet. You should include 80-100 gm of protein in your diet as it prevents complications that may occur during pregnancy and also help you to achieve safe birth. Alcohol also needs consideration because as per experts alcohol is big no no during or before pregnancy. Discuss full nutritional diet with your doctor or midwife.
