It’s a Dashboard powerful participant list with real-time filtering capabilities to speed the process of locating participant profile. filtering is possible trough several parameters (name, surname, country and id number).

Smile ... interactive capture tool which takes a snapshot from web camera attached to the computer. Operator can take numerous snapshots until satisfied with the resulting photo and software automatically uploads it to the AccrediNet depository.

Accredi NET – Accommodation Module Every sport event organization requires the accommodation management function. Accommodation module enables user to configure custom hotels including total room count and price.

Accredi NET – Accounting Module Adds invoicing capabilities to the AccrediNET base module. Enables printing of invoices for one or more selected participant. Without accommodation module AccrediNET provides only one price option for invoice, accreditation only.

Accredi NET – Access Control Module Access control is provided with the ACI client application completely interfaced with the core of AccrediNET . ACI client can be run anywhere on any computer with an internet connection. All the user needs to set up an access control point is a bar-code reader and a computer. ACI client uses bar-code to identify the accreditation card owner and display his/her profile to the security personnel for identification. The picture of participant is also displayed to insure the validity of accreditation card and avoid falsified cards.

Project description History Software has been used on 3 major sport events - World University Championships during 2008 and handled around 2000 accreditations each. Market Target market for the first period is the region and then the Europe. Later stage would target worldwide clients.

Current use of bar-code and RFID in second stage enables efficient and swift accreditation process. Business model Project has been developed as a web service for small and medium events and as a onsite installation for larger events.
