      • a co-operational network project
      • objective is to provide means and concrete tools to meet the needs of working life and educational organizations
      • operates mainly in the fields of business and commerce and technology, communications and transport.
      • small and medium sized organizations
      • administrated by HAMK Vocational Teachers Education Unit
      • Funding: National Board of Education and European Social Fund
      • KOKEVA Osaaja –project in general (2)
      • produces models and materials to train the working place instructors (trainers),
      • takes into consideration the needs of students, entrepreneurship, top-skills and employment in its’ outputs
      • also produces solutions to both curriculum and teaching methods that relate to the need to improve and maintain teachers’ vocational competence and know-how in working life co-operation.
      • KOKEVA Osaaja operates in three sectors:
      • Groups of 10-20 people are formed in VET organisations, in which the training of working place instructors (trainers) is performed.
      • Field and trade specified teachers’ vocational competence development groups are operational 16.1.2009–5.5.2010. The fields are:
        • electrical and automation engineering
        • mechanical, metal and energy engineering
        • textiles and clothing technology and crafts and design (textiles and clothing)
        • business and commerce 1 (customer service and selling)
        • business and commerce 2 (office, bookkeeping )
      • The third operational sector is the teachers’ instructed working life periods
