KOKEVA Osaaja –project in general (2) produces models and materials to train the working place instructors (trainers), takes into consideration the needs of students, entrepreneurship, top-skills and employment in its’ outputs also produces solutions to both curriculum and teaching methods that relate to the need to improve and maintain teachers’ vocational competence and know-how in working life co-operation.

KOKEVA Osaaja operates in three sectors: Groups of 10-20 people are formed in VET organisations, in which the training of working place instructors (trainers) is performed. Field and trade specified teachers’ vocational competence development groups are operational 16.1.2009–5.5.2010. The fields are: electrical and automation engineering mechanical, metal and energy engineering textiles and clothing technology and crafts and design (textiles and clothing) business and commerce 1 (customer service and selling) business and commerce 2 (office, bookkeeping ) The third operational sector is the teachers’ instructed working life periods
