Aims of the project
General objectives
Transfer of innovation from Danish positive results to other countries.
Improvement of the Danish TrænerGuide, increased dissemination in Denmark and inspiration from the partner countries.
The final products – the national TrainerGuides - will support the in-company trainers in their training of their apprentices / trainees as well as the further training of themselves:
Acquisition of vocational knowledge, which has been scarcely accessible for this target group before.
Facilitation of the trainers’ personal development and their wish for competence development.
National implementation and sustainability of the target group’s practical qualifications.
By elaborating a European tool, trainers may even view a chance for their own mobility.
The overarching product – the European TrainerGuide in English - aims towards increasing a mutual understanding:
Inspiration by each others’ best practice, by valorisation activities and visions for future development.
New countries may become inspired to develop a national TrainerGuide version.
Results and conclusions from the work with the European Trainer-Guide will become related to other European network projects.
European priority 1
As a whole, the project will develop skills and competences of VET trainers, training managers, teachers and decision makers within qualification of in-company training.
