    • In the other hand we take into account the specificity of trainer context (i.e.: company context). This context will be very important during the training process.
    • Training must be linked with the trainer professional reality. This professional reality will be the main content used by the trainer of trainers considering the professional competencies of trainer.
    • Training process is not just a condition, is a process that may promote the professional development according to the evolution and contextualisation of competencies.
