Training must be organised according to an specific or general professional profile.
In the other hand we take into account the specificity of trainer context (i.e.: company context). This context will be very important during the training process.
Training must be linked with the trainer professional reality. This professional reality will be the main content used by the trainer of trainers considering the professional competencies of trainer.
Training process is not just a condition, is a process that may promote the professional development according to the evolution and contextualisation of competencies.
