Everest region Khumbu Himalaya of Nepal. Early morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and
follows the Dudh Koshi valley which uphill to the Sherpa capital of Namche and now a day’s
become an alpine resort of Everest region and that connection for worlds trekkers. Namche
Bazaar is gate way of the expedition’s route to the mighty Mt. Everest.
Along this part of the trail friendly Sherpa people, warm hospitality colorful village’s great

passes Trek lead you Renjo La pass (5338m), Chola-La pass (5368m), Kongma-La Pass (5535m)

Everest 3 High passes trekking 20 days program
Day 01: Kathmandu airport Transfer Hotel
From Tribhuban International Airport you will be transferred your hotel. In the afternoon time
permit you will invite to our office for briefing about the each day program. Today you will
receive your Sagarmatha National Park Permits and TIMS.
2. Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing
After having breakfast you explore in Kathmandu sightseeing which includes Pashupatinath
Swaymbhunath and Boudhanath.
Day 03: Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla & Trek to Phadking (2650m)
Enjoy the most scenic 30minutes flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. As you reach Lukla start the
Everest View Trek to Padding via Chaurikharka and Chilung. Overnight at Phadking (2640m).
Day 04: Trek from Phadking to Namche Bazaar (3435m)
Early in the morning after having breakfast trek to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar(3435m)
via Jorasalle. From here trail slightly goes uphill to Sherpa capital Namche and you can see the
first glance of Everest.
Day 05: Acclimatize at Namche Bazaar.
Today you may rest or hike through the village of Khunde and Khumjung. Khumjung is the
largest village of Khumbu region. After having lunch you will hike back to Namche Bazaar.
Day 06: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Thame Village 3825m
Trek starts after breakfast in Namche and trails follows colorful prayer flags, with several
shorten and Mani stones from Namche Gompa. Thame is a small monastery village, situated at
the altitude of 3825m and the birth place of ten zing Norgay Sherpa first man to reach Everest
summit with Edmund Hillary.
Day 07: Trek from Thame to Lung den (4500m)
After morning breakfast trail leads you to Lung den village, the village of Lung den is only one
settlement before cross Renjo pass. Keep continue your journey up to Lung den village, the trail
with Tibetan Yak caravans because it is trading route to Namche to Tibet. Overnight at Lung
den.
Day 08: Trek from Lung den to Gokyo Lakes via (4500m) Renjo La Pass (5335m)
After having strong breakfast in Lung den. Trail slightly leads to Renjo pass and Renjo la pass is
one of the easiest pass in the Khumbu Himalaya compare to others pass Chola and Congmala.
Whole trail is zigzag with sandy ridges and arrive in Gokyo lakes overnight at guesthouse.
Day 09: Explore the Gokyo Lake.
You can trek to Gokyo Peak which start early in the morning. The summit offers the extravagant
vista of Cho You, Everest, Lhotse and Makalu. While climbing down you can enjoy the view of
Gokyo Lake. Overnight at teahouse.
3. Day 10: Trek from Gokyo lakes to Dzongla (5330m).
Initially walk downhill to reach Thangna village and have tea or coffee. The trail here from here
goes directly to Cho La Pass at (5414m). Cross Cho La and walk down hill to Dzongla village.
Today might be the difficult day in trekking. Overnight at teahouse.
Day 11: Trek from Dzongla to Lobuche (4990m).
After having morning breakfast you will start your trek to Lobuche. On the way you can witness
Dzongla Lake, Ama Dablam and Thamserku. Overnight at teahouse.
Day 12: Trek from Lobuche to Gorkasep (5180m).
Following the rocky moraine path and watching icy glacial pond and icebergs below the
Khumbu glacier a short downhill walk after the last rocky moraine dunes bring us to Gorkasep.
Gorkasep is located below Kalapathar (5545m) and Mt Pumori
Day 13: Trek from Gorkasep to Lobuche (4930m) 2 Hour trek
If you wish to visit Everest base camp (5380m) it will take 6/7 hour round trip from Gorkasep. If
you are travel in April/May there is plenty of fixing tent because of climbing peak season. In the
other month there is not great time to see except for view of Khumbu Icefall; there is no view
from Everest base camp, if you only have energy for side trip better to climb Kalapathar.
Another two hour walks down hill to Lobuche (4900m) and save energy for following day cross
Congmala pass.
Day 14: Trek from Lobuche to Dingboche (4450m) via Congmala Pass (5535m)
After heavy and strong breakfast in Lobuche, trail slightly turns to Khumbu Glacier to cross
Congmala pass and follow downhill to Sherpa settlement village of Dingboche, today you walk
around eight nine hour to Arrive Dingboche. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 15: Trek from Dingboche to Tengboche (3890m)
After breakfast in Dingboche trail leads you through villages, Buddhists monasteries, bridges and
some waterfall, Rhododendron forest to arrive Tengboche (3890m) via Orsho, Somare,
Pangboche and Debouche Overnight at Tea house.
Day 16: Trek from Tengboche to Namche Bazaar (3535m)
First part of the trail directly goes through Rhododendron forest and pine forest to Fungethaga.
The trail slightly goes uphill to Namche via Trashing and Sanasa village. Great view of the
Khumbu Himalaya from village of Sanasa
Day 17: Trek from Namche to Lukla (2850m)
4. The trail steeply goes down through Rhododendron and Pine forest to Jorasalle it will take about
two hour and another 5 hour walk to Lukla via Monju, banker, Phadking, Ghats Khola,
Chaurikharka, Chheplung and arrival in Lukla and overnight at Guest house.
Day 18: flight from Lukla to Kathmandu
Early morning joyful flight from Lukla to Kathmandu and transfer your Hotel. During the day
you will have rest after long journey in the Khumbu Himalaya and Evening fare well dinner with
Nepali Family.
Day 19: Free day in Kathmandu
Have rest and relax in Kathmandu after 20 days trips to Khumbu Himalaya of Nepal and
afternoon shopping for family and your friends
Day 20: Departure for your onward flight.
