Polly(sheep) secretes human blood-clotting protein in her milk
Potentially create a clone to use as “back-up” organ without need for immunosuppressive drugs
Possibly cure inherited diseases through “gene therapy”
Improve QUALITY lifespan
Infertile parents can have some of their DNA in their children
Plastic surgery
Saving endangered and resurrecting extinct animals
15. 15. Problems of cloning:
Extremely high failure rates now. 1 in 277 succeeded.
High risk of deformity
Asexual reproduction
Safety concerns
Destruction of embryo cells(is it consider abortion?)
Playing God
Clone humans should have human rights? Equality?
Legal issues
???
16. 16. Title
Text
Do you think the advantages of cloning outweigh the risk?
