  • We are a cloud based provider of business solutions for manufacturers like you, who sell components (semiconductor or electronic) to OEMs and ODMs via a sales channel comprised of direct field sales force, authorized sales representatives and distributors . We have a deep domain expertise and our tools are optimized for your business process. We are more than a CRM. WE have built a suite of 25 modules that cover Marketing, Sales, Support and Website management. We also provide a platform a building custom applications. Anything that you track in Excel or Word can be modeled as a Custom module using our platform. You will benefit from the collaborative features of our web based application and can benefit from not having to email Word/Excel documents back and forth.
  • On the Sales side, we help manage your Sales Operations and Channel (both Reps and Distributors). Starting with a Specialized CRM/SFA, thru building a Opportunity funnel, doing a run-rate forecasting by Opportunity, by Part Number, to managing Distribution processes like Design Registration, POS, Distributor Special Pricing and Ship and Debit. You can manage Reps by deploying Partner Portal. The system enforces security so a when a Rep from San Jose logs in, he only sees Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, Samples, etc for those Accounts where they are the Rep Firm. You can manage your pricing, track Samples, and generate Split Commission report from the system.
  • We also help you manage Marketing and Support Operations. The CRM tools can drive a parametric search engine on your website, so when your Customers come to your website, they can punch in the right parameters and identify the right product they need to use on their design. We call this FAE-in-a-Box. It give you a tool available 24/7 for your Customers to use. This can minimize calls to your FAEs who can use the time savings to manage more customers. You can also tie a “Request a Sample” and/or “Request a Quote” button to the website, so when your Customers identify the right part, they can fill in the details which creates a Sample Request or Quote Request in the CRM for your Sales team to follow up and approve. In effect you are making your website a sales portal to identify potential opportunities to close. We also provide a eLearning tool that you can deploy to train your Reps and Distributors on your products. AS you introduce new presentations on your products (be it PDF, PPT, Audio/Video presentation), instead of emailing it, you can upload it to the eLearning module and have your Reps and Distributors access it via the Partner Portal. You can then have your channel partners undergo a quiz and get certified so they are qualified to sell your products. On the Support side, our tools help manage your Customer issues. As you probably know how important it is to support your Customers during the Design Win process. We have a Problem Tracking Module so your FAEs can track your Customer issues, which can then be routed to your internal Engineering team for resolution and communicated back to the Customers. Our RMA module, help you track and manage the RMA process from the time it is logged by the Customer, thru shipment notification to the Customer, detailed testing process, and finally a resolution to either replace the part or issue a credit.
  • Our solutions are provides on a SaaS basis. All you need is a browser to connect to the application and manage your data. It is available also in Offline mode, so you could work while on a flight to Tokyo and sync when you are connected to the network. It is very easy to deploy. You could start with one process and scale to additional process as your business demands. Our solutions integrates with your ERP like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and a host of other solutions. With NEHANET on the front end and your ERP on the back end, you pretty much have all the software needed to manage your entire business.
