  • 23. FAQ creation via email
    • Instead of creating FAQ manually, we can also assign an email id for receiving an FAQ and pushing it to the system. An email like nn-faq@<company name>.com can be created and configured in the system.
    • 24. When a user sends an email to this id, it will be created as an FAQ in the system (subject as question and body as answer).
    • 25. If the sender's email id exists in the system, then the system will automatically choose the submitter's name. If not, then it will be created as Unknown with “email received from abc@def.com” at the top of the answer.
