Keyword and mention ID-based search: We've added a keyword search to search through the archive of mentions and each mention is given a unique identification number to facilitate communication between various stakeholders. Human filtering: We understand that even the most advanced computer analysis features will never fully interpret the sentiment of a mention for different contexts - which is why our tool includes a phase of human filtering. Note: Automated Curation is also available in our tool in case the brand /product mentions require the same. 4
  • 8. Track term-level curation within a mention: In cases where a mention corresponds to multiple track terms, you can curate the mention at a track-term level. For example, an article comparing two brands may paint a positive picture for one brand and negative for the other. Our tool allows you to curate the same mention differently for each brand it corresponds to. Influence of a source: Each source is assigned a score which determines its influence and veracity. For Eg, if you are comparing 2 track terms sets namely Coke and Pepsi, our tool would help you classify the mention as positive for Coke and negative for Pepsi if the mention is “I like Coke over Pepsi”. Our tool makes sentiment analysis a reliable forecasting method by keeping track of the competitors, providing reviews of a particular product and providing valuable feedback.
