  7. 7.  Not a new job title that will deny developers root access .  Hat you wear while bringing down the wall of confusion.  A developer wears the Devops hat when he can guide his code into production instead of just handing it over to the Ops.  Ops wears the Devops hat when he can easily accept code changes and bring agility to operations. DevOps!
