  2. 2. Nutrition Programs Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD)  Bachelors level coursework in nutrition.  Can be completed as a UG degree, 2nd degree, non-degree student or graduate student. Dietetic Internships (DI)  Post bachelors program: supervised practice for RD eligibility.  Must complete DPD and a bachelor's degree in order to apply. Master of Science in Nutrition (MS)  Graduate degree program with research thesis.  Must have bachelor’s degree in order to apply.

Pre-Requisite Courses  Principles of Foods or Experimental Food Science  Introductory Nutrition  Chemistry I with lab  Chemistry II with lab or Organic Chemistry with lab  Anatomy and Physiology with lab or Vertebrate Physiology with lab  Statistics Minimum required to apply: Introductory Nutrition , Statistics , Chem I . Others can be completed after application to the program.
