  • 1. E-CAREER AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES BETTER SOLUTIONS FOR A BETTER CAREER e-CAREER AND CONSULTANCY SERVISES is aimed to integrate the Activities of Human Resource Development of ABC TECHNOLOGIES. This Project maintains the various activities of ABC TECHNOLOGIES. The system maintains entire details about the employees working in the company. The salary, leave, software skill and work assignment will be given to the employees are managed and updated whenever Necessary. The administration work will be maintained here. The project will be ordered from clients and done by our consultant and it will be delivered to clients. If any projects will be given to service for the consultant they will be up gradated the projects and return to the clients. The consultant also recruits candidates through the Registration and Online exams will be conducted through the communication for our website. The system efficiently manages all the modules of the project. This system will lead for recruiting the candidates for appropriate post to the company. Then the projects will be done for the client and work will be given to the employees and all the modules will be maintained in the system. The main objectives of the project are: User friendly applications Very useful for recruiting the candidates and effective communication process Administration work for the company Speeding up of process of allocating server memory size Providing effective interactive environment Providing website for company recruitment, for registration and mailing for communication. To give the employee details. To do Projects for the clients Thus it keeps closure interactivity for the client and employees in the company. Main advantage of this system are web site. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION “e-Career and Consultancy Services” manages the entire detail pertaining to the consultant. It aims mainly in recruiting fresher, and maintaining the projects done by the employees. To manage all these details the system is divided into four modules.
  • 2. The system on the overall can be concisely described as below. The home page of the system will split into five they are Recruitment, Administration, Employee Entry, Reports and communication. Candidates are recruited through the online testing. Applicants are categorized depending on their skills, qualifications and experience based on the above the applicants are made to undertake a test or interview. Once the test is complete the selected candidates will be called and interviews will be conducted as per schedule. Selected candidates will be given their own response for the HRD selection and appointed as an employee. The details pertaining to each and every employee are maintained. The consultant also manages the projects done and yet to be done by the employees and details of their leave, salary and resignation. The details of the projects will be given by the clients to the consultant. Our consultant will be done perfectly and quickly. The projects will be given to the team in our consultant. The work assignment will also be given to the employees. If the clients will give the services for the projects it will be upgraded and delivered. In automating the above process, the system is divided into Five Modules Namely RECRUITMENT MODULE EMPLOYEE MODULE PROJECT MODULE COMMUNICATION REPORTS RECRUITMENT MODULE “e-Career and consultancy Services” can have its name for recruiting the candidates on the overall can be concisely described as below. Applicants submit their resume to the company by the company site through the registration form. The applicant is categorized depending on his qualifications, experiences, skills from these the required post will be matched with the company requirement. Then they will give the user id and password for the particular post to the candidate. Once the candidate has been scanned thoroughly for the desired requirements, interviews or test is scheduled. Once the interview is complete the results namely the decision of selection or rejection by the HRD panel. In automating the above Recruitment Process, the system has been divided into four modules namely • Registration • Online testing • Interviews • HRD Selection and Appointment
  • 3. Registration The applicants will be applied through our company site. The requirement will be given by the company for the particular post and the register code will be given. The applicant can apply only for the particular post by their qualification, skill, experience. The above categories are matched with the company requirement then company will be give the authentication for them to enter in to the skill test. Online Testing The company will give the user id and password for the candidate to enter into the skill test for the particular post. The tests are conducted within a specified amount of time. The questions will also prepared under skills. The set of questions will be categorized by the skills. Then the results will be shown as soon as the tests will be finished. Based on the results the applicants are either selected or rejected. The selected candidates will be called for an interview. Interviews From interviews they are all done by the administration work for the Consultant. The selected candidates will be called for an interview and interviews will be conducted by the company directly. Personality interview, Stress interview, Group Discussion and other interviews will be conducted by the company for the selected candidate. Through interview, the best candidates will be selected. HRD Selection and Appointment HRD panel in the company will be given the job, designation, salary and shift . Then response of the candidate will be asked and if the candidate will be interested in that job. Then they are appointed as an employee. EMPLOYEE MODULE The Employee Module maintains all information about the employees. To do this perfectly, it is further subdivided into four sub modules. • Employee Details • Salary Details • Leave Details • Resignation Employee Details The system captures all the details of the employees like name, code, designation, job, Date of Birth, Date of join, email id, address etc. The employee code, name, designation are validated to be not null. Once the details are entered and are found to be consistent, information pertaining to the employee is added to the system. The user can modify or delete particular employee’s details. For the modify option access to the employee code is denied. The rest of the details can be modified.
  • 4. Salary Details The details pertaining to salary concerning the system are stored in the system that is allowances , lic and pf can be calculated and entered according to the post. The salary may given to the employee according to the designation. According to leave the number of days taken ,the salary may be deduced to the employee. Leave Details Whenever the employees of the company take leave, leave_type, number of days,from_date and to_date are got as input. If the leave type is sick leave or casual leave or Religious leave ,the employee is provided the full salary and the status may updated in the employee details. Maternity leave or loss of pay is calculated for the number of days taken as leave by the employee and deducted form the basic pay. To modify any information appropriate employee code is got as input and the details are updated after confirmation. Resignation If any employee decides to resign, the details pertaining to the particular person is got and are deleted after confirmation. A check is made to see if the employee has applied for any loans. If so, the system checks whether the employee has paid the loan amount. After obtaining relevant and correct information, all the details pertaining to the resigned employee are deleted form the system. PROJECT MODULE The project process maintains all the project details and the status of the project and the old projects will be upgradated and serviced. For the efficiency , four separate sub modules are maintained. • Project and Module Info • Project status and Completion • Project Delivery • Project Service and Upgradation Project and Module Info The projects may be ordered newly from the client. It may have project code , name , client address and software will be used for the projects. The front end and back end will be used for the projects. For these projects duration may be given to finish within a specified amount of time. The projects will be split into modules that will be given to the teams. Those teams do their works and daily work may given by the authorities to every employee. Project Status and Completion Each and every module will be tested and the validation process will also done by the team members. Every day the status may be updated for each module. The whole project may do within a period given by the client’s constraints. The completed project may be updated in the project details.
  • 5. Project Delivery The completed projects will be delivered to the clients. The clients may be satisfied with the projects done by the consultant. The consultant will give the project within a specified time given by the client. The requirement of the client will be satisfied. Project Service and Up gradation If any problem may arise in the project, the client will give the project to the company for service. Then it will be given to the employee and it will be serviced for the finished project and accessed by past project code. If any project may be installed with any software then the client wants to change the software then upgradation may be done for that project by the company COMMUNICATION Our company website is having more informative messages and very useful one to all. Our company website which the messages will be given to the clients and the messages will be received from the client. The entry may be given by them and entered into the site and they got the messages what they want. The mailing process may also be done here. Here composing the messages through pressing the compose button and receiving the messages from other side are seen only through pressing the inbox button. The received messages are bulk in the inbox, it may be deleted from the inbox form. REPORTS When a report is clicked, a sign in page will appear in order to verify the authentication of the Managing Director, as every one cannot view the reports. Only authorized persons are allowed to do that. The reports may be verified to give the appropriate message may be given for them. • Recruitment Reports • Employee Reports • Project Reports Recruitment Reports This report module gives the particular details about selected candidates in skill test, Interviews and appointed candidates. Here the post code is given as primary key. Employee Reports This report includes the employee details ,leave details , salary details and resignation details. Here the primary key is employee code.

Project Reports This report includes the project details, the status of the project (whether it is completed or not) the details of the old projects that given for service and upgradation for the new software. Here the primary key is project code. According to the modules the reports maybe designed for the purpose of completion of the work.
