They spend their time documenting their intelligence or talent instead of developing them. They also believe that talent alone creates success—without effort. Fixed mindset creates an urgency to prove yourself over and over – Will I succeed or fail? Will I look smart or dump? Will I be accepted or rejected? Will I feel like a winner or a loser? ! › In an agile(growth) mindset, people believe that their most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work. Although people may differ in their initial talents, interests, temperaments, everyone can change and grow through application and experience. This view creates a love of learning and a resilience that is essential for great accomplishment. Virtually all great people have had these qualities. – Becoming is better than being The two mindsets
