You are scrum master for “look ahead” team. This team has mostly experienced people. The backlog is not yet ready for the team and they are not interested in completing the work at hand. Management is working on the role clarity in the new environment. Team members spend a lot of time thinking about their retention, they resisting the change and unfocused on goal. What is the problem? How would you handle this situation?
