  • guest584c30 Nuke Goldstein Not very ’gutsy’ predictions. More like poking the head out of the window and declaring that the forecast for tomorrow is 'the same'. Here are some riskier predictions:
    * Since enterprises are slower to adopt than consumers we are getting closer to a catch-up threshold where the IT tries to match offerings of commercial devices and services (for example, right now many private and commercial pilots use smart phones instead of avionics). With that in mind:
    * New input and visualization devices will start to morph how we interact with computers. Multi-touch and OLEDs are the beginning, commercial 3D displays will start showing in 2010 (for example, Sony predict 30%-50% of TVs will be 3D by 2012).
    * Miniaturization and flexible electronics will get us closer to wearable machines.
    * Microsoft Azure will take a major slice at Cloud hosting and we’ll start seeing a flow of commercial applications taking advantage of this service.

  • nathanwburke Nathan Burke , Director of Marketing at CloudLock Sorry if it's hard to see, but if you go fullscreen, you should be able to see it fine. Also, if you click 'download' above, you'll be able to see it. Additionally if you want it as a PDF, you can go to http://blog.aprigo.com, where I've added a link to the PDF.

As for your question of keeping it simpler and shorter: We asked the experts to give us one prediction, and that's what they wrote.
