    Justin Verlander during the regular season only had a 2.40 earned run average. Some say that he is the best pitcher in baseball today with the way he can throw his fastball right by people and then get them looking at his off speed pitches.

    Miguel Cabrera had a batting average of .344 on the season and is one of the best hitters in the majors he was walked a hundred and eight times this year that shows you how many managers are afraid of him.
