1. P&R Morson Gains Further BSF Success
P&R Morson have secured a third project under the Birmingham BSF
scheme in partnership with Lend Lease.
The King Edward VI Sheldon Heath Academy, with an M&E value in
excess of £3.5 million, will consist of two distinct components, a
three storey academic teaching block and a four storey resource
block. When completed, the new academy will serve a student
population in excess of 1300.
The project is currently on site and the services installation is
expected to be completed in July 2013.
