Ensure that every team has minimum 3 members </li></ul><ul><li>OGX goals - ask LCVP OGX about the number and profile of members that will go first for exchange </li></ul><ul><li>LC plan analysis - analyze the goals and the reality of your LC plan; who do you need to achieve your organizational goals and goals for each area? </li></ul>
