Enable leaders to have ongoing access to workforce sentiments and key themes driving that sentiment to take appropriate actions real time Ongoing employee Poll (ongoing STRUCTURED)  Single question poll on a 5 point emoticon scale, for example — “How do you currently feel about working at XYZ?”  An open ended section to seek qualitative comments — “Please tell us a bit more about how you feel.” Provide people with an engaging, fun tool to provide their feedback innovatively and influence real time actions Social media is more than just managing brand and most useful (valid) when paired with structured data Social Media Scanning (ongoing UNSTRUCTURED)  Scan and analyze comments from internal (e.g., Yammer) and external social sites (e.g., Glassdoor, Indeed, Careerbliss) to identify themes related to culture and engagement
