  • Earlier, HR analytics was restricted to HR dashboards. Analytics then moved to cover individual units, training and performance metrics. Analytics was not used for hiring as recruitment happened offline.

    Today, analytics provide a powerful platform for collaboration between business and HR across functionality.

    Successful talent analytics programs require focused investment, dedicated cross-functional teams, and strong partnerships between HR, IT, and business operations.
