    Kelley,

First of all, thank you for taking the time to speak with me about my concern.I just would like to say I really regret that I probably will not be able to start on 4/20/09, due to a system error. Again, I realize you can only go by whats in the system, and a person’s word means nothing anymore. I have provided you a W2 to support employment with Olsten Staffing during the year of 1999. But if there is anything else you can do to give me a chance I would appreciate it. I was laid off by the state as of 5/2008 and things have been really rough. Just when I thought things were looking up, this happens. I realize Chase can move on to the next candidate, but this job meant something to me. What is the next step to get this rectified, we are in a bad economy and before I call it quits, I would like to know what other alternate/processes are in place when there is a conflict with the system. Any further review would be appreciated. Let me know if there is someone else I can speak to, if you have done all that you can do.

    Respectfully,

    Tracie Harrison
