    • Remember to stay under tables to avoid falling objects
    • Stay away from falling objects
    • If you're in school , follow your instructor; they’ll know what to do
    • Stay away from windows
    • Keep your head down.
  • 3. Earthquake preparedness;
    • Have an evacuation plan ready
    • Talk about earthquake safety with family/classroom
    • Know and have ready, a safe spot to go to during an earthquake.
  • 4. Supplies ;
    • Water ( weeks amount )
    • First aid kit, stocked
    • Food, canned food
    • Can opener, non electronic
    • Portable radio, with batteries
    • Flashlights with extra batteries
    • Essential medicine
