Concor’s H1FY14 revenues grew 8.5% and the company expects to end FY14 with 10% growth. Mgt said the exim revenues have helped the company recover costs. Concor expects to maintain margins of around 22% and may see an improvement . • Prestige Estates Mgt Guideline : The company sold 904 units (area of 1.55 million square feet) worth Rs 940.2 crore in the quarter gone by, a growth of 24.69 percent compared to a year ago period. Q4 sales collection at Rs 600 crore . The company is launching a farm house project in Goa for which the approval process is on. It also has two major projects under approval in Hyderabad. • Jindal Power Mgt Guideline : Company does not expect the two UMPPs to deliver high return on equity. Mgt is also miffed with the operational note that requires 90 percent availability for 40-45 years. Mgt says bidders are attracted despite all the risks document-wise. • Mahindra & Mahindra Mgt Guideline : Company is confident that the company will grow better than the industry in the next quarter. It will be around 10-12 percent .The tractor manufacturer will hold on to its 42 percent market share in the segment. Mgt says a rise in raw material cost has led to a Rs 4000 hike in prices since January and the company is seeing some signs of revival in Karnataka. • BPCL clarification : With reference to the news item regarding, BPCL partners with Manali Petro for Rs 3k cr project, Bharat Petroleum Corporation has clarified that there is no such proposal and the news item has been published without the knowledge of the Company. • Zydus receives final approval from USFDA for Sirolimus Tablets 0.5 mg with 180 days of marketing exclusivity . As per IMS data in 2013 , the sales of sirolimus 0.5 mg was estimated at $11.7 million and total market for Sirolimus was approx $203.8 million . • Ranbaxy Laboratories inked a licensing pact with EPIRUS Switzerland GmbH for BOW015, a biosimilar version of Infliximab prescribed to treat rheumatoid arthritis (RA). EPIRUS Switzerland GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boston-based Epirus Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. • U.K. Office for National Statistics said the country's goods trade deficit narrowed to a seasonally adjusted GBP9.44 billion in November from a deficit of GBP9.65 billion in October. Economists had expected the goods trade deficit to narrow to GBP9.45 billion in November. • Spain’s Treasury sold EUR3.53 billion worth of five-year government bonds at an average yield of 2.382% earlier in the day, down from 2.697% at a previous auction last month. In addition, Spain sold EUR1.76 billion of 15-year debt at an average yield of 4.192%, down from 4.809% at a similar auction last month. • National Bureau of Statistics of China said that Chinese PPI remained unchanged at an annual rate of -1.4%, from -1.4% in the preceding month. Analysts had expected Chinese PPI to rise to -1.3% last month .
