  • 3. North Arrow Minerals & Arctic Star Exploration 3 • Vancouver, BC based public companies. • Trade on TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”). North Arrow - NAR: TSX-V Arctic Star - ADD: TSX-V • Explore for diamonds in Canada. • No operating mines. • No revenue. • Management and Board of Directors of both companies have discovered / developed many kimberlites in Canada including the Diavik diamond mine NWT. Who Are We?
  • 4. Redemption Project, NT  34,300 acres located within the Lac de Gras diamond district  32 km southwest of Ekati diamond mine  47 km west of Diavik diamond mines  2013 Option Agreement between Arctic Star & North Arrow  North Arrow to spend $5 million by 2017 to earn a 55% interest  WLWB permit W2013C0001 – Expires April 2018 4
  • 5. 5  Arctic Star has been exploring for the source to the South Coppermine Kimberlite Indicator Mineral Train for a number of years.  Redemption mineral claims and mining leases cover the most likely source area ‘up ice’ from the anomalous KIM till samples.  This technique has been used to discover other Lac de Gras area kimberlites. Note how the trains are parallel following the Northwest trending ice direction. • 6. Redemption – Past Work  ~3,100 till samples.  <30,000 KIM analyses.  10 airborne geophysical surveys.  ~70 detailed helicopter and ground geophysical surveys.  < 20 drill holes.  Only 4 drill holes in the priority target area.  Significant past exploration by earlier workers since the early 1990’s.  Over $12 million spent chasing the South Coppermine indicator train. Lots of work…but not much drilling… Lac de Gras 6
  • 7. Lac de Gras Redemption – 2013 Work  350 till samples collected.  Water depth surveys of 13 lakes.  Detailed modelling of gravity targets.  Ground geophysical surveys of 21 grids.  Final geophysical modelling and drill program planning are underway.  Arctic Star and North Arrow signed option agreement.  Flew Airborne Gravity Survey covering main target area. Lac de Gras Next stage is drilling… 7

  • 9. Way Forward – 2014  Final modelling of drilling targets and planning/budgeting for a July/August 2014 drill program is underway.  Program would be conducted from Platinum Group Metals’ Credit Lake camp located approximately 20km west of the Redemption property.  Summer drilling of 6-8 targets pending initial “ground truthing”.  Intention would be to leave the drill on the property in anticipation of a winter/spring drilling program of lake based targets.  Application for an amendment to the current land use permit, or a new LUP may be contemplated to allow for a camp on the property – further engagement would occur prior to submitting the application.  If kimberlite is discovered it will be tested for diamonds and follow up exploration will be warranted including more drilling and ground geophysical surveys. 9
