  • 3. North Arrow Minerals 3  a Vancouver, BC based public company.  We trade on TSX Venture Exchange: NAR  We have no operating mines; exploration only.  Our people have been a part of past diamond discoveries in Canada including the Diavik diamond mine in the NWT. Who Are We?
  • 4. Principal Diamond Projects Victoria Island Lac de Gras (NT) Doris Pikoo (SK) • Partnership with Stornoway Qilalugaq (NU) • Partnership with Stornoway Timiskaming (ON/QC) • Partnership with Stornoway Redemption (NT) Mel (NU) Luxx (NU) 4
  • 5. Luxx Property  Located ~60 km northwest of Chesterfield Inlet, and 90 km north of the town of Rankin Inlet.  Shear Minerals and BHP Billiton sediment sampled the area in the mid-2000’s.  Till samples suggesting a kimberlite source (the source rock for diamonds) were not followed up.  3 prospecting permits; 3 mineral claims acquired in 2013 (100% North Arrow) to cover the potential kimberlite source. 5

  • 7. Luxx Project – 2013 Work  Airborne geophysics conducted from July 11 to July 21, 2013 over the property.  Prospecting of the geophysical anomalies (“ground-truthing”) conducted August 27 to August 30, 2013.  Till sampling focused on areas of interest conducted August 26 to September 1, 2013; 62 samples taken in total.  August 2013 program was conducted out of Rankin Inlet with daily helicopter flights to the property. 6
  • 8. Luxx Project – 2014 Work Plans  Possible kimberlite targets have been recognized through till sample results and geophysical anomalies.  2014 program will consist of a 2 person crew conducting 5 days of prospecting and till sampling around these targets.  Program will be conducted out of Rankin Inlet where helicopter is based.  Ideally kimberlite boulder trains will be found on surface southeast of the targets and samples will be taken to test for diamonds.  Two best targets (#10 and #5) are lake bound; if they cannot be sampled from boulder trains they will need to be drilled in the spring from the ice. 7
  • 9. Luxx Project – 2015 Possible Drilling  We will be submitting a Land Use Permit Application for drilling in case drilling is required to test the targets.  The drill program would be small (up to two weeks) and does not warrant building a camp.  The proposed program would be conducted from Chesterfield Inlet.  One to two holes would be drilled in each target starting with target #10 and target #5.  If we hit kimberlite we would drill between 150 to 200 m depth.  If we do not hit kimberlite the holes will be much shorter. 8
