STRIDE TIME ESTIMATION REAL TIME PEAKDETECTION IMPLEMENTED ON AN 8 BIT MICROCONTROLLERAIM:The aim of the project is to design “STRIDE TIME ESTIMATION REALTIME PEAK DETECTION IMPLEMENTED ON AN 8 BIT MICROCONTROLLER”.COMPONENTS:Micro Controller (LPC2148/8051), Ultrasonic Sensor, A/D Converter, 16X2 LCD.ABSTRACT:Real time peak detection can be implemented by using ultrasonic sensor.Ultrasonic Sensors also known as Transceiver which is work on a principlesimilar to radar.Ultrasonic sensors generate high frequency sound waves and evaluate theecho which is received back by the sensor. Sensors calculate the time intervalbetween sending the signal and receiving the echo to determine the distance to anobject. Our Embedded project is to design and develop a low cost feature which isbased on embedded platform for finding the height of the objects by usingultrasonic sensor.Our embedded project uses ultrasonic sensor which is connected to microcontroller through A/D converter. The controller process the information andgiven to LCD unit.
