RESEARCH ON METHOD FOR REAL TIMEMONITORING DYNAMIC VEHICLE LOADING BASEDON MULTI SENSORSAIM:The main aim of the project is to design “RESEARCH ON METHODFOR REAL TIME MONITORING DYNAMIC VEHICLE LOADINGBASED ON MULTI SENSORS”.COMPONENTS:Micro controller, Load cell, Gas sensor, RFID Number plate, RFID module,GSM module and mobile.ABSTRACT:Monitoring of vehicle loading using multi sensors is a digital measurementsystem for checking the weight of product in vehicles as well as detects any gasleakage from the vehicle. Weight of the product is measured by using load celland gas leakage is detected by using gas sensor. A load cell is a transducer that isused to convert a force into electrical signal. Gas sensor is a device used to detectgas leakage from the vehicles.In our Embedded Project RFID number plate is connected to vehicles. RFIDmodule reads the card number; load cell measures the weight of the vehicle aswell as weight of the product. The controller compares the measured load andpredefined load. If any gas is released from the vehicles the gas sensor detectsit and that information also goes to the authorized persons by the SMS.The SMS will be sent through GSM module.
