IMPLEMENTATION OF ZIGBEE-GSM BASED HOMESECURITY MONITORING AND REMOTE CONTROLSYSTEM(ABSTRACT)AIM:The main aim the project is to design“IMPLEMENTATION OF ZIGBEE-GSM BASED HOME SECURITYMONITORING AND REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM”.COMPONENTS:LPC2148 (ARM7)/ 8051, zigbee, switches, LEDs,GSM MODEM and LCD.EXISTING METHOD:The present existing method is to manage homeenergy system through remote control. The maindisadvantage of this present method is that we canmanage home energy system to only the devices presentinside a single room. Because the remote control cancontrol the devices in short range only.   2. 2. of the existing method. Here we are using both zigbeeand IR to manage home energy system. We can manageenergy in all the rooms present inside a house by usingthis technology.This project demonstrates the concept of GSM and ZigBeeto ZigBee Device control scheme for single mediamultiple devices, in which there are home applianceslike air-conditioner, electric fan, audio, displaydevice, electric lamp, curtain, electro motion chair,fragrance generator, flash light, fan heater andheater, etc. devices which are not in the line of sightand will present in different room in a home cannot becontrolled simply by using IR whose distance will beshort distance and line of sight only. This can besolved by the combination of GSM and ZigBee.In our proposed system we will give the controlsignals from mobile to GSM modem which is again givento ZigBee then to another Zigbee which may present outof line of sight. The second ZigBee will be connectedto the different devices through Relays.
