    • ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS MONITORING INSIDEGRANARY BASED ON ARM9 AND ZIGBEE(ABSTRACT)AIM:The main aim the project is to design “ENVIRONMENTALCONDITIONS MONITORING INSIDE GRANARY BASED ON ARM9 ANDZIGBEE”.COMPONENTS:S3C2440 (ARM9) Board, zigbee, RS232cable, PC, touch screen, temperature sensor, firesensor, humidity sensor and LDR.EXISTING METHOD:In the existing method the atmosphereconditions inside the granary should be monitoredcontinuously like temperature, light intensity andhumidity levels for every certain span of time andaccording to those conditions we need to check thetemperature and moisture levels inside the granarywhich should be done manually.     • The proposed method designs a hierarchicaltopology central monitoring system based on ZigBeewireless sensor network (WSN).In the system, thetemperature, light intensity and humidity of surveyedarea can be automatically monitored and controlled. Tofind the temperature, light intensity and humidity ofthe area we use temperature, fire sensor, LDR andhumidity or moisture sensors which give us the exactvalues and then it send to the control room through thezigbee and then necessary modifications can be doneautomatically.The system uses a compact circuitry built aroundS3C2440 (ARM9) microcontroller Programs are developedin Embedded C.
