A PAPERLESS FAX MACHINE USING ARM9(ABSTRACT)AIM:The main aim of the project is to design “A PAPERLESS FAXMACHINE USING ARM9”.COMPONENTS:S3C2440 (ARM9), pen drive, touch screen, PC.EXISTING METHOD:Nowadays fax machines are one of the most importantoffice equipment. This fax machine usually sends and receives adocument through a telephone line. Using fax machine (facsimilemachine) we can send documents to any point of the world veryconveniently and easily. But for sending the data to the other faxmachine through it requires paper to send and receive the data. Tosend the data first we need to scan the paper and then we sendlater at receiving side they receive the data to view the fax and theymodify the data and again the fax to them by using one morepaper. So this existing method is using more paper.PROPOSED METHOD:The important feature of the our designing paperless faxmachine equipped with a single-touch panel, replacing thescanning and the printing units which not only take up most spacewww.nanocdac.com www.nsrcnano.com branches: hyderabadnagpur
  • 2. but also are the most costly and vulnerable parts. In the proposedpaperless fax machine, a received fax can be displayed and, ifnecessary, signed directly on the touch panel. The digital signatureis then pasted onto the fax document, which can be sent back orstored in the memory for future references.
