    • Breast Cancer Natalie Anguiano Period 5
    • What is breast cancer?
      • Breast Cancer is a malignant tumor that starts in the cell of the breast . Cancer is a complex disease and occurs when cells in the body begin to grow chaotically. Normally, cells grow, divide, and produce more cells to keep the body healthy and functioning properly.
    • How would you know if you have cancer?
      • Symptoms from lumps to swelling to skin changes but most cancers have no obvious symptoms at all.
    • Symptoms or signs of Cancer
      • Cancer is a group of diseases that can cause almost any sign or symptom. The signs and symptoms will depend on where the cancer is, how big it is, and how much it affects the organs or tissues. If a cancer has spread .Signs or symptoms may appear in different parts of the body. cancer may also cause symptoms like fever, extreme tiredness or weight loss .
    • Overweight and Obese women is most likely to cause breast cancer !
      • Women over weight or obese have a higher risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer compared to women who maintain a healthy weight, especially after menopause.
    • How are signs and symptoms helpful?
      • Treatment works best when cancer is found early. Finding cancer early usually means it can be treated while it is still small and is less likely to have spread to other parts of the body. This often means a better chance for a cure, especially if the cancer can be removed with surgery.
    • No symptoms should be Ignored!!
      • Some symptoms, such as tiredness, are more likely caused by something other than cancer. They can seem unimportant, especially if there is an obvious cause or the problem only lasts a short time. In the same way, a person may reason that a symptom like a breast lump is probably a cyst that will go away by itself. But no symptom should be ignored or overlooked, especially if it has lasted a long time or is getting worse.
    • Can breast cancer extend?
      • Half of genetic breast cancers are inherited from a woman’s father, not her mother. But unless Dad has female relatives with breast cancer, the faulty gene may have been passed down silently, without causing cancer. Men can get genetic breast cancer, too, but it’s not common.
    • What are some ways you could check if you have any strange signs of cancer?
