Taken as a work internship for credit in 2 parts: making bioinformatics programs for high school
students to model after and computational science with MPI/C for load balance distributing on cluster
systems.
6 Made a bioinformatics programs in Java using the National Center for Biotechnology
Information (NCBI) database as part of team projects with student researchers of various
backgrounds.
7 Was trained in making a basic parallel process program (multi-threaded) using MPI with C for
mathematical computational science for a CPU cluster (super computer).
8 Assisted System Administrator with installation of a “Dell U2” super computer and management
of its parts and operations.

10 Currently setting up the Slackware Linux OS in parallel on a CPU Cluster to model molecular
interactions of Capsaicin with TRP V1 ion channels using CHARm.

handling active processes of piecewise calculations finally combined into accurate results.
