  • -the emerging high speed network
  •  Introduction History What RedTacton mean? Why RedTacton? Human Area Network Working Principle Features Applications Intuitive Operations Security Applications Conclusion
  •  Red Tacton is a new Human Area Networking technology that uses the surface of the human body as a safe, high speed network transmission path. Red Tacton uses the minute electric field emitted on the surface of the human body.
  •  The concept of intra-bodycommunication was first proposed byIBM in 1996. The IBM technology had twolimitations.  The operating range through the body was limited to a few tens of centimeters.  The top communication speed was only 40 Kbit/s!!
  • Red : a warm color to emphasis warm and cordial communications.TACTON : TOUCH-ACT-ON Action triggered by Touching
  •  The short-range wireless communications namely Bluetooth and IR have some problems like packet collision and directionality of beam between the terminals respectively. Human area networks would solve all the problems including throughput reduction, low security, and high net - work setup costs.
  •  In addition to the WANs (Internet) and LANs, there are applications best served by Human Area Networks (HANs) that connect the last meter Human society is entering an era of ubiquitous computing, where everything is networked

  • working of the REDTACTON device over the surface of our body
  • TouchBroadband & InteractiveAny media
  • Communication with just a touch or a step!
  • Bandwidth does not deteriorate even with duplexoperation & simultaneous access by many users! Duplex communication is possible. The transmission speed does not deteriorate in congested areas.
  • DIELECTRICS CONDUCTORS
  • Touch advertising and receiveinformationConnect to various systems viathe metal sheet.
  • An alarm sounds automaticallyto avoid accidental medicineingestionJust sitting in the seat triggersthe car to load all its presets, justthe way you like
  • Touch a printer to printInstantaneous private network via personal handshake
  • User verification and unlockingwith just a touch
  •  RedTacton does not require the electrode to be in direct contact with the skin. RedTacton transceivers are programmable and we can decide what to share with whom and what devices you communicate with. Transmission speed does not deteriorate even though the number of users increases. Data loss during transfer is less Use of minimum amount of power. Security is more. No problem of hackers . It is very hard to pick up stray electronic signals radiating from the body.
  •  We conclude that, when we compare Red Tacton with other technology present today it can give a better performance over others And we can say that to connect the network with in short distances Red Tacton is best. In this technology there is no problem of hackers as our body is itself a media.
