sheet prep aluminum is: uncoiled leveled washed & sheared

brush overall brush or selective brush (requires a printed mask)

litho opaque color or transparent color (used for critical registration & halftones)

screen opaque color, transparent color, metallics or textures

coat protective topcoat (determines gloss level & protects decoration)

punch press aluminum is: embossed formed & blanked

inspect & pack layer pack cell pack blank on tape pack in strip

additional options in nameplate design include spin, diamond cutting, doming and aluminum in-mold *request samples to explore the possibilities
