Didn't get any response from Transcend regarding the issue faced with USB DVD Writer. All the information regarding the issue and system information every thing is provided in the pdf file.

When i click on Burn I get the message that "please insert the disk" even if a blank dvd disk is already present in the USB Writer. 4. Yes, USB Y-Cable is connected for sufficient power supply. Please avoid using USB hubs, extension cables or other USB devices, as they often do not supply sufficient power for external hard drives. I am not using any USB hub or any other extension. Please also try on other computers and change another cable to see if it is related to the computer or the USB cable. I have also checked on another system but found the same issue. Please also check the Disk Manager to see the status of this StoreJet. I am attaching the screen-shot for the same.
