What we sell? we sell all kinds of luxury products We make statement.
Where are we? We are located in the Mall of Emirates Dubai Now we are launching our website for UAE customers.
Who do we want to attract? We want to attract people with disposable income. Our ideal visitor will be ages between 18 and above. Mostly targeted will be people from 18 to people in their late thirties as they are mostly fashion conscious.
Value for customers We deliver the best products and services in UAE. Now that we will have a website, our customers can purchase products from the comfort of their homes. They can pay through Paypal.
How we will advertise our website?
As they say you can build it, people will come but if people are not aware, they wont come.
So we will advertise the launching of our website in Facebook.
We will also through a party at our store in Dubai to make aware our customers that now we have a website exclusive for UAE customers.
We will also sms our prospective customers about our website.
Incentives to visit website We will assure them that they can trust us as we will not share their information with third parties. They will have newsletter weekly about the promotions. They will be offered gifts and points when they frequently visit our website.
Where will the content come from? The content will be made in house. So that our content can be updated everyday as new products and information's arrive.
What will our portal do? It will make purchase easier. As then people from other parts of Emirates wont have to come all the way to the store to buy our products. They can compare prices. Order product in advance if its not available in our store. Give us their feedbacks.
Security issues There will be no security issues as our policy strong states that there will be no sharing of information with third parties. Our payment methods are secure. The customers can choose to either pay through paypal or in person when the items is delivered to them.

Disadvantage The customers wont be able to touch the product or smell unless its delivered. They might not like the product when its delivered to them and might want to return it.
How effective is the website? We think the website will be very effective because it is providing a need for the customers. Many customers don’t have the time or means to come to the store every time. It will always make the customer aware that we are where they are.
