Basic Premise of the Project The most marginalized and the vulnerable community are often the invisible community Any form of discrimination is contrary to humanitarian principles of impartiality, neutrality, humanity and independence The impact of disaster on the excluded community is the most and ability to bounce back least (examples Tsunami, Pakistan Earthquake etc.). Enhanced focus of the donor on inclusion (Gender-Age Marker by ECHO) Increased commitment from the NGO Opportunity for capturing lessons, cross learning and showcasing No harmonized approach to inclusion Watershed ongoing process on DRR, CCA and Development (HFA, MDG)
