Analysis of the message’s activity
Objective: To give to the members an overview of the activity related to a message.
Diffusion / audience - is my message well diffused in the community? - Is everybody aware about these posting? Lifecycle of a resource - “is the resource dead?” - “is there a burst of activity now or these last days?” Social aspect - who were the last readers ? - who was interested by this document?
Analysis of the message’s activity
The widget proposes indicators for 2 types of activity, 2 levels of engagement:
Awareness (views of the posting)
Reaction (responses related to the posting)
Indicators:
Total number of actions related the given activity (total number of views or replies) + average levels for a resource. (is the value good/bad compared to the average ?)
Timeline of each activity: to understand the resource’s life cycle
Audience/diffusion level: number of viewers or repliers
Last readers/repliers
level of engagement of each members: number of actions for each members
