The interventions
Current main objective
To help the user to better perceive/understand what
happens in his/her community
Interventions done by agents that: O bserve the community’s activity D etect a given activity pattern: - Basic pattern: (e.g. the creation of a response) - More complex pattern: (a burst of activity) G enerate a notification for a set of user(s)
Current State: 6 types of Intervention 1) Learning guidance (1 agent) : New user: "I propose to give you a presentation of the community platform“ 2) Complete profile (1 agent) : New user: "Please, complete your user profile. Here is a presentation […]“
3) Related to the message’s deadline (2 agents)
For its author, at the deadline: “Get who has not viewed your message”
For the inattentive members, few days before: “you haven't viewed The message XXX that is closed to its deadline”
Current State: 6 types of Intervention
4) About events related to the user’s posting (2 agents)
For the author: “ Someone has viewed/responded to your posting “
5) High audience for a posting or a profile (2 agents)
For the author: “ Your profile/message was viewed by a high number of people (12 member(s)) [..]compared to the normal audience (7 users/per message) + Personaliszed messages for the viewers, for the inattentive members
6) Special interest for a posting or a profile (2 agents)
For the author: “2 members viewed your profile more frequently than the others (normal interest: 1,5 views/per member) the last 10 days”
Interventions User experience:
Next Step… maybe Interventions -Basic interventions: - notifying the community about new user, - Emailing inattentive user with an activity report) -Connect with the social attention analysis: “ you seems to have a good charisma these days , or “you’re loosing your influence compared to the last month”
