OMG if you all believe that then come to Talk City and see what they havent done for it in the year it has been owned By Mzinga. It has lost tons of its customers, and laid off Fireefly, the ONE truly dedicated work horse they had, who had been there for 7 years! Then they act surprised the room owners are running like rats on the sinking ship it is, and deny that there are any problems.. Bring Back Mel and FIX TALK CITY!!!!!!!

What a crock of cow manure! Barry nor mzinga know anything of customer service or care for that matter. All this money spent on this lie filled ad could have been better placed within it’s own company taking care of it’s own employee’s that needed cumstomer care classes. Starting with Talk CIty. That flourished under ’ONE’ employee an will now parish slowly an nastily(not a threat what is actually happening to Talk City now under the wonderful customer care services they offer) due to the mis-treatment of this ’ONE’ employee that did have customer care skills and better yet CARED!

Wonderful clarity and simplicity. Brevity, too, really...in the way the 78 slides are utilized. Very effective balance of emphasis on the sharing/collaborative aspects of the WE orientation and community, with an unmistakable focus on enlightened self-interest and metrics/ROI.

Great visual representation of the importance of communities, as well as the value attained by listening to stakeholders and embracing open-ended feedback. Mzinga is bringing 'the power of the people' back into the spotlight...
