calories
Many ways in which people seek their
ideal weight.
The common way
your ideal weight = your height – 110
So suppose you are 180cm tall means
your ideal weight is 70kg.
After knowing your ideal
weight, this time you
need to understand why
we gain weight.
This is what you need to understand :
Our body burn certain number of
calories each day. Calories burned by
the body of each person is different.
Now we consider the average
woman's body is able to burn 1300
kilocalories or simply calories per
day. (in the absence of exercise
otherwise known as RMR or Resting
Metabolic Rate).

This is what you need to understand :
Every food and drink have a
certain amount of calories.
Example 1 cup of Starbucks has
approximately 600 calories.
(white water calories = 0 That is
the myth of the white water
makes fat is not true)

This is what you need to understand :
Excess calories that received by
our bodies will be automatically
converted become food reserves
in the form of fat.

This is what you need to understand :
Thus, if we want to lose weight we need
to consume fewer calories than you burn.
Because, the lack of calories needed will
be taken from the reserves in our body,
that is fat. So we are going to lose weight.
The challenge is that we need to eat
foods low in calories but still meet the
nutritional needs of our bodies. If we just
eat less or diet radically, even make our
bodies so slow in metabolism and
difficult to lose weight.

This is what you need to understand :
If the calories we eat = calories
burned then our weight will be
stable.

This is what you need to understand :
If we want to go down
approximately 1kg per week, we
need to consume 500 calories less
than you burn by body each day.
Example, quota of calories that
can be put into your body is 1450-
500 = 950 calories.

This is what you need to understand :
Now we see the common diet of people
• Morning: 2 pieces of bread plus butter
(300 calories) + 1 cup of sweet tea (150
calories)
• 2 slices morning snack = 150 calories
• Lunch (600 calories) + soda (200 calories)
• Snacks afternoon went to Starbucks drink
Vanilla Latte (600 calories) + muffin (300
calories)
• Dinner (600 calories)
This is what you need to understand :
Well, you eat 2900 calories whereas your
body is able to burn 1,400 calories. That
there is excess 1500 calories and will be
stored as fat.
So if you are the type of people who are
overweight, better watch out from now
because there is no such thing as a healthy
fat.
This is what you need to understand :
If you are not on the ideal body weight, you
will increase the risk of developing diseases
such as Type 2 diabetes, heart disease,
cancer, and stroke. In fact, 90% of people
who develop type 2 diabetes are obese.
This is what you need to understand :
The biggest challenge to lose weight is to
