Company History & Overview
• In 2004, after a two year evaluation of Hawaii, Mexico, Bahamas, Bermuda and the Caribbean, CR
Development Group makes its first investment in Costa Rica.
• CR Development Group (CRDG) moves to Costa Rica full time in 2005.
• In 2005, CRDG acquires 140 acre parcel known today as Coco Bay Estates and The Club at Coco Bay.

People
Jim Correll: Managing partner and founder of CRDG. He has been an active investor in real estate over the past 15 years in
California, Arizona and Texas. During the past six years Jim has focused exclusively on development in Costa Rica, leading the
acquisition of multi-million dollar land developments there. Jim is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and holds a double
major in finance and marketing. Prior to moving to Costa Rica, Jim was a Senior Vice President for Harte-Hanks (NYSE:HHS), one
of the world's largest targeted marketing companies and served on the board of directors for Q Interactive—a Landmark company.
Jim and his family live in Ocotal, Costa Rica.
Julian Rembert: Managing partner and founder of CRDG. Julian has invested in real estate and real estate development for over a
decade. He was the founder and owner of North State Appraisal and is an equity partner in two development companies. During
the past six years Julian has led the acquisition of multi-million dollar land developments in Costa Rica, and established CRDG’s
footprint there. Julian is a graduate of Presbyterian College in South Carolina. He majored in Business and received both a full
football and academic scholarship. Julian and his family live in Ocotal, Costa Rica.
Jose R. Ortiz: is a native of Costa Rica and for the past 5 years heads Project Management for CR Development Group. Jose
graduated from the University of Costa Rica in 1981 where he majored in Civil Engineering. He attended Purdue University earning
his masters in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Engineering and Management. Mr. Ortiz was the Director of
Cost Control and Information Management for the Four Seasons Resort Project in Costa Rica. He and his family live Playa Ocotal,
Costa Rica.
Mauricio Urena: is a native of Costa Rica and for over five years serves as CRDG's operations manager. Prior to joining CRDG, He
served as Manager for Banco Cuscatlan, now Citi. He has over a decade of experience helping businesses and customers with a
wide range of financial products, and has worked directly with key international real estate investment clients. A graduate of the
University of Costa Rica in Business Administration, Mauricio is certified in several English-language technology courses. He and his
wife live in Liberia, Costa Rica.

David Garcia: has broad experience in design, permitting, project management and property maintenance. In addition to
managing CRDG's preventive maintenance team, David is the lead Project Manger for CRDG's newly released Vista Ocotal
development. David received a Masters Degree from the University of Columbia. David has lived in Costa Rica for over 7 years and
prior to joining CRDG David was the head Architect and Project Manager for a 5,700 acre project in Guanacaste, Costa Rica with a
total investment of over $120 million. This residential community is planned for over 1,800 living units and an 18-hole
Championship Nicklaus Design Golf Course. David, his wife and two children live in Liberia, Costa Rica
Gina Correll: is responsible for Marketing and Investor Communications for CRDG. She has an extensive background with over 20
years in sales, target marketing, analytics and customer service. Gina has held vice president positions for large Fortune 500
companies such as Equifax, ADVO and Symphony Services. A graduate of Redlands University she majored in Business and minored
in Spanish.
Gabriela Coto: is a native of San Jose Costa Rica and serves as the HOA Administrator, Club Manager for The Club at Coco Bay
Estates and is the Director of CRDG Services for concierge, rental and the tour needs of our clients. She graduated with a degree
in Business Administration from the University of Costa Rica and has over 10 years experience in the areas of operations,
management, customer service, marketing and business development. She has served in various quality assurance, customer
service and loyalty positions. She lives in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica. David Garcia serves as Director of Operations for CRDG and
a bilingual Architect and Project Manager.
Karen Rembert: Is responsible for The Club at Coco Bay and Event Management. Karen was the Tennis Director at North Hills Club
in Raleigh, North Carolina for 13 years. During her tenure there, North Hills grew into one of the largest tennis clubs in the south
and won the USTA facility of the year award. Karen is a recognized professional having teaching successes with all ages and at all
levels. Karen graduated from Presbyterian College on a tennis scholarship with a Business Administration Degree, and went on to
earn her Master's in Sport's Administration from East Carolina University.
Brandon Dall'Acqua: Serves as the financial manager and business analyst for CRDG. He is responsible for business analysis,
strategy, data management and accounting. Previously Brandon served as an operations specialist with a Bank of New York
subsidiary and as an international accountant for Boston Consulting Group. He is a graduate of Northeastern University, with a dual
major in Finance and International Business
