They are the ones who would enjoy their culinary experience the most if you let them dine on a huge table with a lot of people to talk to. It is because the Air element in their astrological sign rules their nervous system which often leads them easily to stimulated and overwhelming reactions, to listen to what other people have to say. People with Air signs should keep a substantial amount of minerals and sprouts in their meals. Gemini Geminis always need their Soul Food, which is brain food.
