Improving teaching and language levels in staff <ul><li>STRATEGIES </li></ul><ul><li>Help and share with each of them the design of her personal training 2010 according to present situation </li></ul><ul><li>Have regular meetings and on-line communication of their needs </li></ul><ul><li>Help all of them with their self assessment plan to make the experience motivating (a motivated teacher projects positively on society) </li></ul><ul><li>Organise 4 assistants workshops during the year </li></ul>

Strengthen relationship,offer and work with companies and schools <ul><li>Strategies </li></ul><ul><li>Companies: </li></ul><ul><li>Re-offer services ( after crisis) sweeping ALL companies in the area organizing a new marketing campaign </li></ul><ul><li>Schools </li></ul><ul><li>Sistematize coordination (intra centre): </li></ul><ul><li>*language level(quality) </li></ul><ul><li>*resources </li></ul><ul><li>*evaluation(aiming at YLE Camb.) </li></ul>

Tactics, deadline responsibility and costs <ul><li>Companies: </li></ul><ul><li>Tactics </li></ul><ul><li>Name a group from staff to implement campaign(group) </li></ul><ul><li>Arrange a visit/interview and have them at each company (director with teachers in area) </li></ul><ul><li>Use public events to strentghen relationships(everybody) </li></ul><ul><li>Deadline: A year to evaluate in november in order to redesign strategy and tactic for 2011 </li></ul><ul><li>Costs : the centre is responsible for the campaign cost </li></ul>

Tactics , deadlines , responsibility and costs <ul><li>Schools </li></ul><ul><li>Tactics </li></ul><ul><li>Set coordination dates </li></ul><ul><li>Organize previous agenda for each of them seeing for the three main areas each time. </li></ul><ul><li>Make public , follow and inform results of evaluation scheme. </li></ul><ul><li>Responsibility, deadlines and costs </li></ul><ul><li>As this plan is already in action the real objective reagarding it is to be tidier and neat with dates, figures and reports </li></ul><ul><li>To be evaluated by December, the cost is charged to shcool together with the rest. </li></ul>

Consolidate YLE Camb. exams locally STRATEGIES <ul><li>describe exams and corresponding levels to teachers and parents from the beginning or the term </li></ul><ul><li>Design evaluation system in such a way we have sound info about their kids deveplopment by July-August.We would be able to define candidates with parents particularly at schools where YLE is not known very well( and as a consequence is not sold clearly- they accept the level but not the exam as such- at the beginning of term.) </li></ul><ul><li>Organize them early enough to make them public by May? </li></ul>

Tactics <ul><li>Use parents meetings at schools to describe and explain what YLE means. </li></ul><ul><li>Use the level /syllabus designed by the taylor courses </li></ul><ul><li>Be careful with evaluation calendars to be able to accomplish the plan. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Make them public by means of leaflets, reports to parents, mock instances.(share the process) </li></ul></ul>
